Adhere to the Bank’s processes, procedures, and Code of Conduct, including accurately reviewing customers’ financial positions, completing security checks, and ensuring applications comply with our obligations
Attend regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills, and coaching your branch colleagues on best practice
Research the broader market, and economic and industry changes affecting customers and the Group
Use tools to capture customer feedback, and taking action to correct any service breaks and drive improvement
