The Tamheer program is six months long on-the-job- training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF, To be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below:
It should be a Saudi national.
Should have a bachelor's or associate degree.
Should not have been employed for the last six months.
Should not be currently employed.
Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
Should be qualified in the Tamheer program.
Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
Updating reports.
Archiving & filing.
General Administrative support.
Essential Qualifications
Proficient in the English language.
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant MS Office applications.
Prioritizes and organizes work to meet deadlines.
Works well with others as a team player.
