Job holders at this level are experienced professionals capable of conducting work with general directions. They are primarily concerned with developing solutions to challenges which require some analysis to understand and resolve, and addressing issues escalated from junior levels.
They undertake complex operational activities including drafting ZATCA IT systems and database operations guidelines and standards. Leading the installation, configuration and upgrades of software, hardware, operating systems and processes as planned. Supervising the implementation of operations and security patches as well as vendors’ release notes. Troubleshooting and identifying root causes, providing technical support for complex incidents and tickets. Monitoring ZATCA systems and applications on a daily basis to ensure proper operation and provide recommendations to be taken to relevant stakeholders.
